Relationship Between self-reported scales and functional capacity evaluation of injured workers

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to systematize self-reported scales and functional capacity evaluation of injured workers and to investigate the relationship Between factors out of these methods. The participants of this study are composed of 152 persons who have been provided rehabilitation services since 2009. The results of this study is can be summarized as follows. First, the results of factor analysis of self reported scales are presented in five factors named in physical and psychological adaptation of disabilities, injured workers¡¯ motivation and volunteering, educational level, environmental asset, and social adaptation. Second, the results of factor analysis of functional capacity evaluation are presented in three factors named in function of thectiunk and theclegs, in function of lifting and right hand?arm, and in function of left hand?arm. Third, physical and psychological adaptation of disabilities were correlated with social adaptation, educational levels, and function of thectiunk and theclegs. And motivation and volunteering was correlated with environmental asset), educational level and educational levels were correlated with the function of lifting and right hand?arm and left hand?arm. As these results these are recommended that restructuring of self reported scales, using of functional capacity evaluation better, presenting implications to rehabilitation counseling in a clinical references.
